One of our Last Nights in Heidelberg
I’m posting these pictures in 2022… Nearly nine years after they were taken. and it brings back so many memories. This was one of our very last night’s in Heidelberg. Looks like we just had the boys with us and decided to head downtown for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants… Goldener Falke.

It’s pretty cute to see these pictures after ten years… and it’s just as I remember them. Lots of squishing faces together. Usually one wanted to get close and the other didn’t but it looks like this time they both tolerated it.
I must have said, “Ok, enough. Just look at me and stay still.”
And then they must have done something silly and bonked heads and started laughing about it. And then a hug. I love it.
And a few pictures as we walked back to our van. Love this city. I remember it was hard to say goodbye.
