Chinook Trail Cross Country - Matt

Matt had a great cross country season at Chinook Trail Elementary. He and Anders continued to run at top speeds winning every Cross Country Race.

Matt’s leg accident precluded him from running in the first race of the season, which devastated him but a week later he was racing even with white bandages around his leg. Anders came in first. Matt came in second.

I think I missed a cross country meet while Chris and I were in Portugal. Grandma Johnson headed down to support. Probably Anders came in first. Matt came in second.

The last race of the season was held at Chinook Trail. Luke (and Nathan) ran in the lead to show racers where to go. SO many cross country teams here to race. Matt came in FIRST PLACE and Anders was SECOND. Pretty exciting finish. I love how much they love and support each other.
