100 Days Before Christmas Party

We had our annual ‘100 Days before Christmas’ Party on Sunday. After Come Follow Me and Church we headed home and Dad made Christmas breakfast while Emily, Megan and I worked on cutting strips of paper for our countdown chain. I just love that Chris makes Christmas breakfast — even if it’s not Christmas! We made some chains — one for us and one for Katie, along with a pennant banner which we will mail to her at the end of November. I have a love affair with cute paper and I’m glad that my girls do too. I picked up a cute reindeer craft and after the kids put them together we decided they needed to be made into a banner as well. Fun stuff.

After our Standards Night fireside we watched a short Christmas movie and worked on a puzzle (and by we I mean mostly Dad and Emily — the puzzle diehards)
