“Luke was excited for High School with Megan, but a move to Utah put him back in Middle School for one more year. Dixie Middle is for 8th and 9th graders - and it was actually a big blessing to have the boys start a new school together. Luke is a part of the Dizie High cross country team - filled with kids from Freshman to Senior who have all been really welcoming. He loves his coach, he enjoys practice and team activities, he’s working hard and is really proud of his 3 mile PR’s. After his third meet he came home beaming and said, ‘Mom, I really think we moved here for me.’ He definitely misses some friends in Colorado but he’s happy, positive and excited for what’s ahead. His favorite classes are Python (a programming class) and Weights and he loves his Seminary teacher. It’s going to be a great year. ”
