Disney Trip before Megan's Mission

It was Megan’s dream to head to Disneyland with the whole family one last time before her mission.

It ended up working great to drive down and enjoy a few days right before her farewell so that Ryan and Cassie could fly in and enjoy both on a long weekend.

Ryan and Cassie and Katie and Taylor met up with us on Wednesday night for our two days of Disney, but because of our six 3-day military tickets we were able to fit in an additional day for Emily, Megan, Luke, Matt, Chris and I.

We were tired at this part of the day but walking through Mickey’s house, watching Mickey cartoons and then meeting Mickey was definitely a highlight! Fun to take group and individual pics.

The Beauty and the Beast Play and the Tangled Play were adorable and so funny. One of the highlights of the day for sure!

MARK TWAIN RIVERBOAT at SUNSET

Most of these kids don’t remember having taken a trip on the Mark Twain Riverboat. Tonight we just peacefully boated around Tom Sawyer’s Island and back to Frontierland. Then out to Downtown Disney for our anticipated scoop of ice cream at Salt and Straw.
