October Miscellaneous

Kids still going to school two days a week.

October 1st and 2nd - Chris finishing up a weekend moonlighting in Gunnison.

October 2nd - Emily and Megan host a GIRLS SPOOKY PARTY with a few friends.

October 3rd and 4th - General Conference

October General Conference

We enjoyed our second Virtual General Conference with treats for taking lots of notes. Such a memorable weekend together. This Conference the kids helped us think up some questions that our family could use answers to. Then as we listened to Conference, we wrote any answers we heard or felt. It was a great exercise in being aware of what we needed to listen for.

  • How can we be peacemakers in our home?

  • How can the Spirit be more present in our home?

  • How can we be less distracted by screens?

  • How can we do a better job of forgiving?

  • How can we show more love to those in our Family?

Favorite Costume Pictures

After printing up some Christmas photos for Katie’s missionary package and our 100 Days Before Christmas party, I thought I’d do some Halloween ones as well. It was so fun to have them in the kitchen throughout the month of October. The kids loved having a few friends over and asking them which costume they loved the most. So many cute pictures and great memories.

Sunday Afternoon Magazine Collages
