A Sweet 16 Party for Megan and Natalie
Happy Birthday to these beautiful girls. Natalie came over right after school to get ready and help set up. She bought a tiara and Happy Birthday sashes for both of them and got Megan to wear it for exactly one picture. I love that this Cheerleader and Soccer Girl Duo can be different and yet the best of friends. Love them both!
It was fun to put the food together. We had a full buffet of food upstairs in the kitchen and then another one down in the basement.
The girls got together to plan everything out and wanted Red Velvet and White Chocolate Raspberry Cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes. So good. Then lots of sweet and salty snacking options.
When friends showed up Megan headed outside to play soccer with the boys and some of her soccer friends. They were happy to include Luke and Matt as well - who loved being there.
After a while the kids gathered inside and were put into groups for a photo scavenger hunt around the neighborhood. Megan’s group ended up winning and came back in record time having sprinted to every location. For the rest of the night they hung out, ate food and talked. It was a great group.
