Happy Birthday Matt!
We celebrated Matt’s birthday a week early since Dad and I were headed to Norway and would be gone for his big day. He was a good sport - but I don’t think he’ll ever let us forget that weren’t there for his actual birthday.
Matt continues to show the best reactions to all of his presents. He really is so fun to buy for. Five Kindgoms Books from Mom and Dad. New shinguards from Megan.
A new KIRBY switch game from Mom and Dad really surprised him. Then Luke gave him a Kirby and a Sticker which he designed in his Digital Media class at school. Matt added them right to his collection of stickers on his journal.
A new Nike sweatshirt which of course he put on immediately. This boy loves GREEN.
Emily won big points with her mini pinata present. Matt LOVED it and plans to keep it forever. Inside was a note and coupon to head Rock Climbing with her.
A new Cougars Sweatshirt.
Lastly, a Razor scooter with big wheels - just like Ian. Matt has been wanting one for a while now.
After presents we headed to Chuy’s for dinner. Matt’s choice. Happy 13th Birthday kid!
