Pioneer Park

We’ve done a few hikes here in the St. George area, but I still can’t believe how long it took us to get up to the ‘Lover’s Arch’ and hike through the ‘Crack’ and explore all around Pioneer Park. The weather was so nice and everyone was outside enjoying it… the perfect between sessions activity.

Chris opted out of the crack but took the camera and got some pictures of us heading in and coming out. It’s been awhile since I’ve done it. The boys loved it — especially coming out through the narrow ‘birth canal’.

We continued far enough up the red rocks to get a good view of the snowy mountains behind. A particularly harsh winter had Pine Mountain covered in snow, even at the beginning of April.
